Coach Joane and SA schools bound athletes. Matthew and Jaco will represent Free State at the upcoming SA schools athletics championships.
Coach Joane and Matthew. Matthew improved on his 4.54m pb to a 5.29m and upgraded his 4th place to a Bronze medal at Free State Championships to qualify for his first nationals.
Coach Joane and Jaco. Jaco ran an impressive championships claim 3 personal bests in the 100m, 200m and 400m. He also walked away with 2 silver medals in the 100m and 400m, and was crowned Free State champion in the 200m.
