Our story

One Stop Coaching was established in 2022 with the vision of being the largest pipeline for athletes to National teams, locally and internationally.

We value commitment, hard work and sportsmanship! We believe in a holistic approach that targets performance and satisfaction, on and off the field.

Our history

Since 2022, we currently supply coaches to Curro Bloemfontein and Edu Plus. We have a few coaches operating at Eunice, Grey College and St Michaels Bloemfontein. In 2023 we have a current base of 11 athletes in private coaching who are split between Netball and Athletics.  Of these we have 2 athletes who made provincial teams:
